Customer Background
Project Details
SRMC identified pain points with their employee application and onboarding processes. They came across TEAM IM’s Employee Onboarding Demo, where TEAM IM utilized Frevvo eForms connected to M-Files. SRMC saw the clear value-added through this solution and enlisted TEAM IM to help fix the issues in their processes.
The Salem Regional Medical Center was looking to rework their employee application and onboarding processes through the integration of Frevvo to M-Files. These new eForms would smooth out the process and make the onboarding more efficient, moving away from the paper process.
After identifying the issues in the processes, TEAM IM assisted with the installation and configuration of the Frevvo integration. The integration was through the existing SRMC M-Files vault. Then, training was conducted to provide an understanding of how to create additional forms in the future for SRMC employees. The application was also customized to better fit SRMC’s policies and workflows. The workflows were then onboarded in Frevvo to their specific case. Lastly, existing employee data was imported from an external system, Kronos, into M-Files.
Salem sees the value of this integration beyond just employee onboarding and will continue to reimagine the workspace using TEAM IM’s innovative approach.
I didn’t have to reach out to TEAM IM constantly throughout the process, because everything was built so well. I know that if I do have to reach out, I can at any time and get an answer quickly. The customer service team is exceptional and they never make me feel like I’m just a number. I cannot be more happy with the work TEAM IM has done. I’ve been very satisfied from the beginning to end.
Instead of having to search for two different places for the application part, TEAM IM was able to assist us with both. The way that the applications flow back and forth with each other makes it easier and more time management for us.
