TEAM IM is excited to announce the release of a series of videos that show how to set up several sample configurations in AutoRecords.  With these videos we are continuing our efforts to make it easier than ever for organizations to implement records management.  Using these video samples, an organization can easily envision how their unique records management requirements can be handled by AutoRecords.  

The following videos are currently available to help see how various AutoRecords configurations can be set up to achieve different records management results:

  1. Soft delete a file and then permanently delete the file one month later.
  2. Restrict access to a file 10 days before it becomes obsolete.
  3. Approve budget documents and then delete them.
  4. Review audit documents and then delete them.
  5. Delete employees and their related documents at different times.
  6. Delete proposals based on the status of the documents.
  7. Delete invoices 7 years after their creation date.
