Dropbox Sign for Procore - Announcing Support for Additional Procore Tools

TEAM IM worked closely with long-time partners Dropbox and Procore to be one of the 1st partners to release an integration based on Procore’s new "Side Panel" based integration pattern in September 2023.  TEAM IM has leveraged that architecture to add eSignature capability to more tools making it the most feature rich eSignature solution available for Procore. 

Dropbox Sign for Procore enables authorized Procore users to select items for signature directly from within Procore and send them for execution via the Dropbox Sign without leaving Procore.  Signatories automatically receive notifications and reminders to sign the document digitally.  Once all signatories have signed, the fully executed version is automatically saved back into Procore, ensuring your filing is always consistent and close out is significantly simplified. The integration allows for multiple documents and attachments and will display whose signature is still outstanding.

Dropbox Sign for Procore currently supports the following Procore tools with support for additional tools (Meetings, Observations, Inspections) in the pipeline:

• Commitments (Work Order, Purchase Order, Change Order)
• Prime Contracts (Contracts, Change Order)
• Submittals 
• RFI's
• Meetings

We have also added support for OAuth (vs API-based integration), improving security and enabling passing through the identity of the Procore requestor or signer to Dropbox, improving traceability and audit.

TEAM IM will continue to add support for more tools (Requisitions/Invoices, Correspondence, Inspections, Observations and Daily Logs) and make improvements to the integration functionality as we continue to receive great feedback and suggestions from our customers. 

The App removes the need for your project engineers, project managers, and document controllers to chase down wet or imaged based signature requests outside of the Procore platform.

Customers can either use an existing Dropbox Sign subscription or choose one that meets their needs. We support per request packages with Standard and Premium Features.
