TEAM IM was approached by the company with a need for general expertise with Microsoft 365 and a desire to expand their support system for classification and content security. While they confidently relied on a third-party cloud content provider to store and protect their operational data; the business was eager to improve operational security and efficiency while evolving and scaling up their business. Implementing security, retention, and classification measures correctly was of utmost importance to protect sensitive corporate and financial data.
