Just Released: PandaDoc for Procore E-Signature Integration from TEAM IM

We're excited to announce that TEAM IM has partnered with PandaDoc to officially released a new e-signature integration between PandaDoc and Procore.

This new integration gives Procore users another powerful option for managing signature requests—seamlessly and securely—right from within the Procore platform.

With this integration, you can now initiate signature requests directly from essential project tools—like Prime Contracts or any other signable item—using the Procore app side panel. Procore’s ability to auto-export PDFs means there's no need to manually select which document to sign, streamlining your workflow even further.

Once the request is set up, PandaDoc’s Embedded Sending interface opens in a new tab, allowing you to:

• Easily add signature fields and other fillable elements like dates, checkboxes, and dropdowns
• Add multiple recipients as signers or CCs
• Finalize and send the request with one click

Signers receive email notifications and complete the document in order. When all signatures are collected, everyone involved is notified, and the signed PDF is automatically reattached to its original location in Procore for quick and easy access.

This release offers Procore users a faster, more flexible way to manage e-signatures, fully embedded in the tools you already use. Whether you're streamlining contract approvals, managing workflows, or keeping stakeholders aligned, this integration is designed to help you move faster with fewer clicks.
