PandaDoc and Procore

TEAM IM is in the process of creating a new e-signature integration between Procore and PandaDoc. Building on the success of our connector between Procore and Dropbox Sign, this will give Procore customers another option for creating and performing signature requests from the platform. Taking advantage of the Procore app side panel, signature requests can be created from the Procore interface on the Prime Contract, or other item, that needs a signature. Certain project tools in Procore support automatically exporting a PDF, eliminating the step of needing to select which document needs to be signed.

Once the basic information has been entered for the signature request, PandaDoc's Embedded Sending experience will open in a new tab. This interface allows easily adding signature fields to the document along with other data that might need to be filled out during the signature process, such as dates, checkboxes, or dropdown fields. Additional recipients can also be specified, whether as signatories or those that should simply be CC'd on the final document. Once the signature request is ready, all that's needed is a click of a button to send the file to the first signer.

The users that were specified as signatories will receive an email requesting their signature, one after another, until the signature request has been completed. At that point, all users involved in the signature request will receive an email notification that the signed file is ready for download. That signed PDF will then be reattached back to where it originated from in Procore for easy access.
