Proud to Be Part of the Story: AutoRecords in Two Recent M-Files Wins

M-Files just published case studies on P38, Inc. and Holmes Murphy, and our AutoRecords for M-Files was part of the story in both, even though you won't see it mentioned by name. Worth a shoutout. 

P38 had years of content scattered across a legacy DMS, file servers, SharePoint, OneDrive, basically anywhere it could land. They pulled it into one metadata-driven system, and retention enforcement was a big piece of making that stick. Policies that used to live on paper are now rules the system actually applies, which is a smaller-sounding win than it is in practice. Holmes Murphy went a different route and embedded M-Files right into Salesforce, so their property and casualty team isn't bouncing between two systems anymore. What stands out to us is what these wins reflect about M-Files as a company, not just a platform. M-Files has built its ecosystem in a way that treats partners as contributors to customer success rather than as competitors for the same territory. That's not a given in this industry. It gives companies like TEAM IM the room to build products such as AutoRecords for M-Files and our ABBYY Vantage integration, and to bring them to bear on the specific requirements a given customer has. 

That's the real value of the model. M-Files already integrates with most of the platforms customers run their business on. Layer in an enhancement ecosystem built by partners who each go deep on a specific problem, and the result is a platform that can meet nearly any requirement a customer brings to the table, not because M-Files built every piece itself, but because it built an ecosystem where the right partner fills the gap.
