TEAM IM would like to congratulate the City of Seattle on the live implementation of their citizen Utility Assistance Program portal.  The new system provides all-in-one access to several of the City's Utility Assistance programs, accessible via a single modern public-facing portal. 

In addition, the assistance processing back office for those programs has been consolidated into a single unified system and optimized to ensure cost-effective processing and improve service levels to citizens in need.

Congratulations to the entire Project Team for on successful go-live!  This was a complex program of work involving several business units, multiple assistance programs, and integrations with numerous Business and Identity Management systems.
